UTEX began in 2020 when a group of professional traders, each with over a decade of experience, saw a gap in the market — there wasn’t a platform offering simple, convenient access to U.S. stocks and their unique volatility and opportunities. So, they built one, initially just for themselves and their peers. But it quickly became clear they were onto something much bigger. In just four years, UTEX has grown from a small project for friends into a company with millions in turnover, trusted by top traders and beginners alike.

At UTEX, our product and development teams are at the heart of everything we do. That's probably why we focus more on improving the user experience than on marketing.

CPO Sergey Mikheev

Sergey has been trading since 2011 and leads our product development at UTEX. Lately, he’s been focused on mid-term investing, still pulling in tens of thousands of dollars. In his free time, he travels around Asia and gives interviews — because, well, it’s what his soul (and the marketing team) demands.

CTO Alik Kurdyukov

Alik has been in the industry since 2015 and joined us to develop the Aurora trading terminal, which now powers UTEX’s advanced interface. We couldn’t let him go, and today, Alik is the mastermind behind all the platform’s technology.
